Crack the Vault: Code Breaker

One answer, and logic always gets you there

Every vault hides a code of 3, 4 or 5 digits, and no digit shows up twice. Next to the vault you'll see earlier guesses at the code. Each one comes with a clue: how many of its digits are right, and how many of those sit in the right place.

Put the clues together, cross out what can't be true, and type the only code that fits. There's no luck in it. Every puzzle has exactly one solution, and before a level ships, a step by step solver checks that a person can reach it with logic alone.

What's in the game

500 levels

The vaults open one after another, from easy 3 digit codes up to expert 5 digit ones. Each level gives up to three stars, and the game keeps your best time.

Daily vault

A fresh puzzle shows up at midnight in your time zone. Solve it to keep your streak going. You can share your result with friends too, and it won't give the code away.

Endless mode

Pick a code length and a difficulty, and the game builds a fresh puzzle right on your phone. As many as you like.

Hints that teach

Stuck? You can reveal a digit in its slot, rule out two digits, or have the game explain the next logical step in plain words. That last one is my favorite, because it shows you the move instead of just handing over the answer.

Your first hint is free. After that, a hint costs a short optional ad, and you never have to watch one to keep playing.
